25.01.2022 This legend can make anyone shed serious baggage and many tears! I just listened to one of her course videos and had to pull over to wipe my tears! This is a great course for any mum who feels uncomfortable in her own skin. Heidi Anderson is an amazing person and I am so looking forward to working with her to embrace and empower the woman behind hugAbear logo. I am a shy and anxious person but slowly building courage to shatter the wall behind which I hide and reveal my true self to the world .

15.01.2022 We finally managed to get a semi decent pic of us as a family! My gorgeous boy turned two and we managed to pull off a decent birthday party as first timers Lessons learned: planning even a simple birthday party can be stressful ... your toddie most likely will go into his shell and cry at cake cutting my son hates crowd toddies after cake are like puppies on steroids! my son is a very lucky boy to have so many people in his life who love him ...and lastly it didn't matter if my house was messy or overcrowded- noone cared! I had an amazing time once I stopped caring and started being present. How do you mummas cope with birthday parties?

15.01.2022 I am not sure about you but boy oh boy it feels like my break started now that I am back at work ! Who gets the feels? #mumlife #mum #workingmum #mumapp #hugAbear_mums

13.01.2022 Any Perth mumma here- do check this one out. I love the idea of being able to make something with your munchkin and share that experience. Hopefully a way to squeeze in me time too. Might see you there!

12.01.2022 I absolutely love this quote. As mums we often feel the pressure...some put on us by family, some by society but most we end up putting on ourselves. We strive to match to the ideal motherhood image. The fantasy of this mum that manages to feed her kids organic home cooked food 3x a day, a high-flying career, a happy husband, perfect home, social life, vogue magazine body, perfectly manicured nails, even eyebrows and so on. Even typing this made me feel exhausted . Amidst al...l this chaos in our heads, we often forget to just be. We have forgotten to be kinder to ourselves. To just BREATHE! Switching that perfectionist and idealist brain is not as easy as flicking a switch for many of us. But we can learn to love...love ourselves so we can love others around us. Let's give ourselves permission to pause when our hearts get heavy and everything seems too much. Pausing allows us to take a moment and just live for a second. That moment can be very powerful in grounding us... So mumma, have you paused today? - Kirti

09.01.2022 THE WAIT IS OVER MUMMABEARS hugAbear is now available on Google Play and iTunes hugAbear brings the support of a modern-day village to mums nationwide who often find themselves unfulfilled or judged in traditional mum-groups; or just want to experience the support and joy of a loving community. ... how does hugAbear work? Find your dedicated tribe when needed the most. As mums, some days are just rougher than others and all we need is a hug to make it all ok. Although that hug is not always easily accessible, you can find the same comfort and warmth virtually with hugAbear. A simple tap of a finger opens the door to your very own private chatroom and sends anonymous SOS to all the mums in our village who will join in to be your personal cheerleader, therapist or a shoulder to cry on for the next 24 hours. Show up when another mum is feeling down. Tap on the mumma down notification to roll up your sleeves and help the mummas in need. (Only mums who accept the anonymous notification will be able to join the private chatroom.) How do you know what the mum needs? Well you don’t! And that is the beauty of it. You just show up with love and be ready to listen, care and share. After 24hrs is up, the private room disappears and what remains is the joy of giving. Grizzly Chit Chat - share a laugh! Motherhood is messy enough so why not have a bit of fun and take your ideal mum mask off to participate in our Grizzly Chit Chat forum- an everything and anything land. Infertility and TTC Support. A no cliché zone for future mums to find moral support and a safe place to rant. A fertility journey is never easyhere you find mums who know how hard the struggle is and how isolating the experience can be. You can be safe knowing no baby or kid talks are allowed here that may trigger a mum’s sorrow. Cub-hub: the only place for baby talk. We made sure that there is only one place in our community where mums can talk about, seek advice and share information about their bumps. We believe this kind of mum-support already exists virtually everywhere. hugAbear, on the other hand, is committed to supporting all the other aspects of a Mother like relationships, health, career and frustrations of motherhood Seek help in the forum. A place where mums can offer and seek help with no judgements. Whether it be a missing comforter requiring detective mums or a recommendation for a well-deserved night out. No request is too big or small! With hugAbear you never have to do it all alone
