14.01.2022 Each year Hughenden Rugby 7’s supports a charity. It’s with great excitement that this year we have been able to support Melanoma Australia by making a donation of $1300.00. Local team, Prairie Dogs also donated a further $250.00. Did you know one Australian will be diagnosed with Melanoma every half an hour and one person will die from Melanoma every five hours. So make sure you SLIP, SLOP, SLAP and get your skin checked regularly! #hughendenrugby7s #gameonmole #melanoma

14.01.2022 The Hughenden Rugby7’s committee regretfully inform that the 2020 Carnival has been Cancelled due to the high risks and restrictions associated with COVID-19. We would like to thank our valued volunteers, sponsors, players and patrons for their support during this difficult time. 2021 will be bigger and better than ever! During this difficult year HR7’s strongly encourages our players and patrons to support our incredible sponsors and their businesses. So that they will be around in the future to support us . Stay safe and hopefully we are back on the pitch before we know it.

09.01.2022 NEXT WEEKEND Come down to the second annual Cloncurry Rugby 10's, hosted by the Cloncurry ?XV's Rugby Union Club! After the success of the inaugural event, the rugby 10's are on again this year, so get your mates together, strap the boots on and come down for a run.... There are still limited spots available for teams to register, for a chance to win up to $1000 prize money in this great evening of sport. Side events will include the infamous Curry Pie eating contest! Teams to be at the field by 2pm for registration for a 3pm start.
