The successful candidate will have experience in: *Bookkeeping. *QUICKBOOKS and Microsoft Office. *Managing all aspects of book-keeping: debtors, creditors, payroll, superannuation, work-cover, pay-roll tax and preparation of BAS. *Supervision of Staff. Key responsibilities entail: Bank reconciliations. Cashflow. Invoicing as needed. Costing analysis. Contract Negotiations. Accounts Payable Supervisor. Accounts Receivable. Reviewing data entry for correctness. Preparation of BAS. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED --Bookkeeping Cert IV in Financial Services (TAFE Qualified) with a minimum 5 years bookkeeping and Administration experience. --A positive personality, with a down-to-earth and approachable manner. --Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. --Quickbooks experience is a MUST. --Excellent attention to detail. --A good understanding of general accounting principles. --Reliable and Trustworthy.
