Always make windows full length where possible to let in as much natural light as possible. If your buying, look for living room windows that look to the north. It will make your home feel so much more inviting.... Want to make a room look bigger? Always take your curtains to the floor, even if your windows arent. 14.01.2022 Want to revamp your bedroom in time for Valentines Day? I promise you it doesnt have to cost you a small fortune. Here are my top tips to instantly makeover your master suit: Size up your bed covers... So for example if you have a double, pick up a queen size. Simple right? But It will INSTANTLY make your bed look and feel more luxurious. Plus you dont have to worry so much about the cover-hogs (Im looking at you Matt)... Use 2 sets of pillows on the bed. Keep one set neutral and light (white, grey, tan etc) then go bold with your second set and match them to your duvet covers. Add a matching decorative cushion and throw rug, you can have a bit of fun with these. They can either be dark and bold, or match your neutral pallet. Just make sure they match each other. Most places sell bed linen for pretty affordable prices these days Or you can use what you already have. You may even have most of these items lying around the house. 13.01.2022 Family. When you have family, you have everything. They come in all shapes and sizes, and they are what make a house a home. Not the dcor, not the open plan living, not the Alfresco with bifold doors, and no Not even the kitchen. Its the thudding on the floor from little feet at 5am, and the laughter together on the couch, its the hugs as you walk through the front door and the impatient woofs from fur babies wanting to be fed. All of those wonderful day to day interactions, are what turn house, into a home.

12.01.2022 HOW-TO make the most out of every corner. So youve moved in to your new place and your furniture fits pretty well, but theres that annoying empty corner that just looks a little too bare? Let me give you some ideas on how to add the finishing touches: Pot plants are my new favourite obsession! They immediately add vibrancy to the room and a lot of character BUT if youre no good at keeping plants alive (like me) there are SO many realistic fake varieties availa...ble too. And you can co-ordinate the pots to the fabric colours to really create some sophistication. OR you can try adding some more light to the room by using a tall lamp with a lamp shade that compliments your colour scheme. It will create some ambient light as well as tie the room together. Another favourite idea of mine is to use a decorative chair, and for added interest throw in a fun dcor pillow. TA-DA your empty corner is suddenly a talking point, and having a spare chair around is practical too. See more

Some of our displays have the most luxurious bedding, I get inspired every time I visit one. Maybe (another) new bedroom update is in the works? 03.01.2022 Coogee Client Site - Slab is Down! This subdivided block came to my attention off market a year ago, when it officially launched I put together a package on REA and sold it within a week. Crazy thing, this slab is huge and ... that’s only the ground floor! We made a few tweaks to a 2 storey standard plan and it’s all come together like clockwork....
