21.01.2022 Jo Dean- as requested- inspired info from quite some years ago Our body shape tells our emotional story- in other words- Where we are stuck emotionally, carryin...g emotional weight. Upper body- chest area - mothering issues, nurturing issues Mid section- holding onto feelings to long- hurt, anger, disappointment etc. Hip area- relationship issues. Simple ways to assist and aid in releasing the ‘emotional weight’ 1. recognise where in the body you are stuck. Eg hip, middle etc 2. Find a way to work at detaching from the emotional pain. 3. Be responsible and balance your life with healthy food and exercise and emotionally healthy people. 4. Be conscious every time you eat or drink, notice why you are doing it and what you are having. Eg are you actually hungry, or feeling some emotional pain and trying to bury it. Trying to make yourself feel better.
