03.01.2022 How does our online training program work? The ‘How to have an effective coaching conversation’ program is a competency based and assessed training program. A learner must score 100% in the multiple-choice questions in the first 3 modules to progress and one of our coaches will assess the learner’s ability to apply the 5-step method in modules 4 and 5. Once the learner has displayed an ability to apply the 5 step method, they will be issued with a personalised training certificate.
