According to Safe Work Australia, "under the model WHS laws, employers must have measures in place to eliminate or manage the risks arising from COVID-19". If you haven't already, you probably need to review policies and develop new safety protocols to keep your staff safe and healthy.... If you're changing the way you do things you must not only document and manage the risk, you need to train staff and make sure they comply. Easy right?
