21.01.2022 It's time to get back in touch with your senses. Touch, feel, taste, hear, and see! Notice the nature and stillness around you. This New Moon in Taurus is all about your sensuality and tuning into the Earth. Grounding and anchoring down into the Earth. The planets are also telling us that it's also time to PAUSE! Put all that crazy stuff on a serious pause. Give yourself permission to STOP. And this yoga class does just that! Our beautiful EBR (Energy Black Release) allows yo...u to release the anxiety, depression, busy-ness and scattered way of being, and brings you to a state of being that is very much present in the here and now! It will have a regular yoga class that you will be able to allocate when you will "attend" it, so we can keep each other accountable. It will also have heaps of techniques, live videos and advice to help us through any stress, anxiety, anger or depression we may be experiencing during this time.
