22.01.2022 Set SMART goals.. train with purpose.. track your progress.. assess and evaluate.. Filming your workouts is a great way to monitor your technique and rep progressions.. it will give you something to look back on and assess how far you have come.. Just yesterday I found videos on my computer from 2014, and it gave me a nice little reminder of how much I have progressed.. and let's be honest, sometimes we all need a little tangible reminder to be able to see it ourselves.. so get filming!

14.01.2022 So proud of this absolute rockstar!!! Amy has been working online and has just added in face to face. We trained a few years ago and so excited to have her back! Today she presented with lower back pain! She was symptomatic particularly on stiff leg deadlift! Working on her mobility prior to the session and making some technique changes during the session really paid off!!! Well done!

01.01.2022 You know what they say.. couples who train together, stay together But it all seriousness, having a training partner is so important. It creates accountability within the partnership, as well as allowing you to push harder and farther than you would training solo. Having someone there training with you, gives you the confidence to maybe up your weights or push out that final rep, knowing you have someone there spotting you. ... That other person can support you and encourage you to push yourself to your limits. There are few people who can push themselves to the extent of their capabilities, and really challenge themselves. So having a partner can allow this to happen. And of course, it is human nature, that we thrive on competition, so having a training partner gives us that extra little push
