Having built an empire of impassioned, enabled community nurses with Buurtzorg's self-management approach, we were lucky enough to listen to him speak at the recent Teal Around the World conference (#TATW2021). 14.01.2022 We like this graphic! Although, we’d scrap job title and salary, and replace it with something like ‘job satisfaction’ or ‘feel valued at work/as a person’. The essence of the message rings true though - success is not about rank and money. What would you change in this graphic?
