22.01.2022 Yoga studios have officially re-opened Join me in the flesh @oshun_yoga Thursday 7:30pm where we will focus on more than just the physical aspect of yoga. Did you know that movement is just 1 part out of 8 that makes up the yoga experience?!... There will be breathwork, meditation and connection to the energetic body. AND I know that spots are limited at yoga studios at the moment but have no fear! If you miss out I will be holding a meditation practice online on Wednesday 9pm. Perfect right before bed.
