14.01.2022 Looking for change up in your training or to start a new chapter in fitness? In my opinion boxing is one of the best ways to let out the day to day stress of the working week. It helps elevate your mood which will take your mind off the great workout you are getting. Boxing works your entire body & makes you push that extra without you knowing A great form of cardio to build your endurance, increase core upper body strength, improves your balance, hand-eye coordination,... decreases your stress & anxiety Be comfortable with the uncomfortable & give boxing a go. It’s fun for any level of fitness DM for more info @hsfitness.studio #boxing #workout #naidocweek See more

08.01.2022 Lazy Sunday half marathon 21.1km In my opinion the mental game is just as important as the physical side of training. Half the battle is starting, walking through that door & getting a rhythm synced with your lifestyle. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
05.01.2022 4 months in the bank. 7/6/20-7/10/20. Henry was looking for a change up in his life, physically & mentally. Training 3x a week with light cardio & core work on his down time We made sure his training wouldn’t interfere with his work & study schedule, hasn’t skipped a day since he started. He can still enjoy what’s on his plate, moderation & minor changes was the key. In the end you still gotta live & have fun... Keep up the hustle, young Henry See more

03.01.2022 John Joseph - straight to the point and tells it like it is. The dude is a legend. The man has been through it all mentally, physically and has come out strong! . Punk Rock lead singer for the Cromags, Ironman athlete, doesn’t drink or do drugs and fuels himself on a plant based diet Heres a bit more motivation, he’s still doing all this today in his mid 50’s! . Insta @johnjosephcromag YouTube channel Hard Truth - John Joseph's book "Meat is for Pussies." If you eat meat or don’t, it’s a brilliant read for anybody that wants to make a big health change or motivation for fitness and wellbeing.
01.01.2022 David Goggins . #Repost @davidgoggins Armor your mind to control what is in your power. It’s not about flipping tires, it’s about the small victories in life. Life is going to present challenges to us all, make sure you go into each challenge knowing what you can control. Therefore when you meet that challenge, you meet it with a winning attitude vs having already been beat down. One thing you can control is getting up and getting after it in the morning.
