03.01.2022 As time at home with my babies comes to a close, its time for me to put the scrubs back on and return to nurse life . As I move on to the next chapter I’ll be taking a break from teaching yoga with Humble Hood Yoga so that I have time and space to breathe into these changes . An IMMEASURABLE Thankyou must be said to those who have joined me on the mat and those who have supported me to step back into teaching the practice of yoga... . I am humbled by the love that I have received and am looking forward to seeing what 2021 has in store for us all . I hope to be back on the mat as humble hood yoga soon however you can still catch me at the beautiful @selfpilates for a mellow Sunday Sesh from 3pm . The new digs look & feel incredibly earthy, warm & loving, and reflect the heart of owner @sallaundess herself . 03.01.2022 Today we began our flow with a letting go ritual. The concept of releasing what no longer serves us so that we can make space to receive. Joined by some lovely humble peeps today we flowed with intention exploring movement with the breathe followed by some delicious New Year’s Eve delights!! .
