04.01.2022 This is a Great initiative. $21 million to introduce a sports voucher program that will support up to 100,000 Victorian children with the costs of participating in sport and recreation activities. The Get Active Kids voucher program is a Victorian first and will provide $200 vouchers to help families with the cost of uniforms and equipment, as well as membership and participation fees. The program will launch early next year, with further details around eligibility criteria and how to apply to be announced in coming months.
