20.01.2022 Just arrived in the mail!

20.01.2022 This weekend we have two new releases on tap and in bottle. Our always popular Christmas Pudding Beer and a beer for wild sour beer fans; the Christmas Grinch. This year's Christmas Pudding is a dark fruit and spiced ale at 8% alcohol. Stewed plums, raisins, cinammon, allspice and a dash of nutmeg are the upfront flavours, as the beer warms there is a malt sweetness and alcohol warmth. Guaranteed to make for a very merry Christmas!... Christmas Grinch is the same base beer with a wicked twist, it has been soured in a barrel. The sour process has stripped the Christmas spirit form the beer and it reminds us of a flanders brown with some brett and a whack of acetic. Dark fruit, vinegar, some barnyard character and a super low-key background note of spice. This beer is a wild ride and only for those with an adventurous spirit. Guaranteed not to be enjoyed by the masses!

This beer is only for the adventurous! Historical Curiosities - the Grodziskie a polish beer style that went extinct - who wouldn't want to try it? A beer that tastes like Christmas ham - sign me up! 15.01.2022 We've released a few beers with a German theme over the last few weeks. Our latest installment is... Party Like It's 1810 This amber coloured lager is a bready malt flavoured beer, brewed for the season of beer festivals - 5.6% abv and very quaffable.

We're very happy campers in the Brewery and we'd like to thank the good folk at the Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show for their efforts #RASNSW #SydneyRoyal It's been over 10 years since Hunter Witbier was entered into a competition and we're super pleased with the Gold Medal this beer was awarded ... Our lead brewer, Daniel, earned a Silver Medal with his experimental barrel aged Brett Saison called Forbidden Fermentation Hunter's Cabin, a coffee infused mild, a fun collaboration with The Cabin Collective crew garnered a Bronze Medal

02.01.2022 New on Tap! A couple of beers created and brewed by Daniel; an ESB and an IPA. Her Majesty's Secret Service (5.6%) is a traditional version of an ESB that's a little overblown - just like a Bond movie ... Floral, grassy, earthy hop aromas and flavours followed by bready, nutty, honey and caramel malt character. The Obligatory IPA (6.5%) is a super drinkable light-coloured, light-bodied beer with fruity hop character from a blend of Aussie Galaxy and US Citra & Mosaic. This beer will be a crowd pleaser
