21.01.2022 Another week, another Falcon Cranes mishap - otherwise known as a near disaster involving a crane failure while lifting a bin with seven tonnes of steel in a ...busy residential area. This time it was Marquee Developmentss Stanhill Apartments project on Chevron Island, where Rawcorp is the builder. The Falcon crane in question had a history of mechanical issues and this time failed as it was hoisting the load over power lines towards a waiting truck The mess was conveniently cleaned up before safety inspectors arrived to assess the scene. The latest incident comes just a week after another Falcon failure at Morris Property Groups Otto project at Mermaid Beach.
