Have you ever been in a relationship or you may be in one right now, where there is definitely love there but it feels more like a companionship than a passionate connection? There is a good reason why this is happening and it mostly has to do with the depolarisation of your relationship. Regardless of the dynamics of your relationship whether it is same sex or heterosexual, there needs to be masculine and feminine energy for it to feel balanced and connected. When the needs of these energies are not being met, it can throw the dynamics out where the feminine may feel like she needs to take on a more masculine role for example depolarising the relationship. Passion killers for the feminine are: Feeling unseen (she craves to radiate and emanate which expands when acknowledged). Not understood - feeling understood enables her to open up. Feeling unsafe - needs to feel calm and energetically connected. Passion killers for the masculine are: Feeling criticised - he wants to be the feminine's hero. Closed - The feminine energy opens the masculine up, when she feels unsafe and closes off the energy, disconnection follows. Controlled - when the feminine feels she needs to become more masculine and he feels controlled, the relationship depolarises. These needs not being met will eventually lead to the 4 R's being resistance resentment rejection repression. Once repression occurs you are cruising along pretending all is well, although you could be sitting in the same room as your partner and feel disconnected.
