05.01.2022 Theres a dish in Italy called Acqua Pazza (crazy water). Back in the day, the fishermen would take the fish they caught, put it in a pan with seawater, some cherry tomatoes, capers, fresh herbs and mussels, and then cook everything together without any seasoning. The saltiness of the water would bring flavour to the fish and the mussels, while the cherry tomatoes would break open to form a delicious, tasty sauce.
