22.01.2022 https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au/adopt/bella-2/ I'm not sure why I was left at the pound overnight, but I am so glad to be with my foster carers, following them around the house and learning lots of new tricks. I find reflections interesting and don't bark back at the neighbouring dogs. I like to stretch all the way out when I lie down and quickly learnt many house rules. I am learning to sit, shake and lie down. I am learning to walk on the lead much better now with my harness. I will need someone to continue my training to ensure I stay safe out on walks.

She has just been released from the pound and has escaped from her foster carer’s yard. Unfortunately her collar and tag have come off as she went under the fence and this is the only photo we have. I sometimes get a little nervous around new people but it only takes me 5 minutes to warm up. I am super happy to do whatever you want although my favourite thing is scratches on the back. 12.01.2022 With hot weather heading our way it is important to remember that the pavement can burn your dogs paws. A simple way to check if it is too hot for them is to place the back of your hand on the pavement for 5 seconds. If it is too hot for you it is too hot for them and their paws will burn. We know how much our dogs love their walks but if it is too hot it can lead to serious health issues. Keep them cool and comfortable.
