23.01.2022 What an incredible day we had yesterday a frosty start didn't stop the sun from shining and everyone having an absolute beautiful day! We would like to thank all of the amazing supporters, guests and the NJC for their amazing hospitality. Thank you Dr Paul Cravan, Megan and JoAnna for their lovely words and support. Most of all this wouldn't have happened without Grahame, Cathryn and Kristy for stepping up and jumping on board to raise these much needed funds for both Maitland SCN and John Hunter NICU. 10.01.2022 In Australia, 1 in 10 babies are born before 37 weeks gestation and approximately 15% of all babies are admitted into a NICU or SCN. Retinopathy of prematurity is a potentially blinding condition for small and preterm babies, it is a treatable condition if seen and managed early, usually by the bedside utilising the RetCam shuttle which monitors their retinal development. 03.01.2022 With the weekend fast approaching we are looking forward to our first fundraiser at the NJC! We have gained an extra table at our event and are looking for a group/couples or individuals to come along.
