07.01.2022 Today our class was very hot. With a Total fire-ban declared for the Hunter Valley. We made the decision (even with an exemption) to not light a fire in anger. ... But we concentrated on cuts, trimming and the processes of low and slow bbq. We really appreciated the attendees understanding this issue. As Dion always says.
