07.01.2022 July 2020 is predicted to be toughest starts to a new financial year in decades because of the coronavirus financial impact. Scottish Pacific CEO, Peter Langham, advised businesses against putting up their family home as security to fund their SME, given that house prices are predicted to fall a total of 10 per cent during the recession. Instead, Mr Langham explained, business owners should be looking for ways to maximise the value they’ve created in their business including ...converting unpaid invoices into funding, leveraging plant and equipment as security or seeking trade finance to boost purchasing power to pay overseas and domestic suppliers. He said that access to a cash-flow buffer helps a business ride out tough times and allows business owners to move quickly if they see an opportunity. https://www.mybusiness.com.au//7150-businesses-advised-to- See more

01.01.2022 Authentic marketing is about two-way communication where brands do more of the listening in order to build a connection which later leads to a sale. #socialmedia #marketing #digitalmarketing #sociamedia #contentmarketing .Instead of running a paid advert on social media which consists of text with images and conveys a message, marketers have better results by posting an interactive advert. For example, allowing people to answer a series of questions in order to reveal some aspect of themselves which leads to a product recommendation based on the result of the quiz. https://lnkd.in/gv4D2GM
