21.01.2022 CURRENT UPDATE!! We are OPEN for business as usual but with some adjustments. Due to a new government recommendation, we will be limiting the amount of people in our dining area and changing the seating arrangements accordingly. We can do our entire menu takeaway. We will stock up the pie warmer this weekend with plenty of pies, triangles and pasties so that you can quickly and easily grab and go. ... Also.. 19.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the current restrictions not being lifted to accomodate 50 people, we will be remaining a TAKE AWAY venue only. We understand that you guys are keen on eating in and we can't wait until our dining room is buzzing with good vibes and happy customers again.. But, with increasing numbers of COVID 19 in Victoria and restrictions being tightened again... This is the best option for us at this time. We will be adding more of your favourite items to the Takeaway menu and will play a pic of the new menu in the coming days. 19.01.2022 Hi from the Hunter Tribe Thank you all SO much for your support these past few weeks, its been busyyy We just wanted to let you know what our plans are for the coming weeks... As you are probably aware, from the 1st June some restrictions are changing in regards to cafes and dining in. We are however choosing to remain TAKE-AWAY ONLY for now. ... With all of the terms and conditions associated with the dine in restrictions (one of which is taking all of the personal details of every customer who wishes to dine in) it just isnt worth opening our dining room at this point. We are choosing instead to wait and watch what happens over the coming weeks. Here you can see our current take away menu and our display cabinet is full every morning of all your favs! Burritos, quesadillas, rice paper rolls, granola bowls, fresh sandwiches, rainbow wraps to name a few. Get in as early as you can as we have been selling out most days! We also have other breaky options available until midday and lunch options available all day (as pictured here) One thing we dont like about takeaway only is all the single-use packaging that is used. To combat this, we are allowed to and welcoming CLEAN keep cups, smoothie cups and containers for food. If you bring in any container for food or drink we will take 50c off your total. 18.01.2022 From all of us here at Hunter we wanted to thank each and every one of you that has supported us over the past 2 and a half years. We are incredibly humbled by the love, patience and understanding over the craziness of summer... boy was it busy!! To our local regulars who visit us daily, weekly.. Whatever it is.. THANK YOU so much for giving us 2 girls and our little cafe your business and support. ... To our amazing, friendly, beautiful staff Cass, Alex x 2, Candice, Sophie, Lynsay and Jess .. we would not be here without you!! We could not have asked for a better bunch of people to work along side of. We will be taking a 2 week break from Saturday 15th February to 29th of February and back open on SUNDAY 1st MARCH. 12.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just keeping you updated on what we are doing here at Hunter in these strange and unprecedented times. . As things stand at the moment, the cafe is open for business as usual. Until we are told to do otherwise, we will be here continuing to serve up all the good stuff. . Everything can be done takeaway and you are welcome to phone through an order on 0424 612 446. We are taking extra precautions to protect ourselves and all of you. ... These include but are not limited to: -sanitising all surfaces regularly -we have taken all salt, pepper, sugar and cutlery off of the tables. You will be given cutlery when you order. If you need salt, pepper or sugar, just ask us -toys, crayons & paper, magazines have all been put away. Please bring along your own if needed. -we encourage paying by card to avoid touching cash as much as possible -our staff have all been briefed on the hygiene levels that we need to maintain, this includes washing hands regularly and using hand sanitiser, which is found on the front counter available for staff and customers use. Our breakfast menu finishes at 12pm and 2. please think twice about bringing dogs down to the footpath out the front, unfortunately we just do not have enough shade for them. (Trust us, this saddens us too, coz we wish we could see all of the doggos ) And please do not leave dogs in cars on warm days!!! See more
