25.01.2022 Fresh Spring Asparagus Mimosa with farm fresh eggs, vine-ripened tomato and pine nuts by Robert from Bistro Molines. Spring is here and so is Australian asparagus! Australian asparagus is mostly produced between September and November with the majority of Australian asparagus grown in Victoria. Australian asparagus is amazingly versatile and Robert from Bistro Molines shares one of his favourite asparagus dishes.
