25.01.2022 Tonight is our first market back in Nelson Bay, and this time we will be joined by a 10 week old little cutie (Well, for some of the time anyway). Can’t wait to see everyone back on the foreshore. Come down for some great entertainment, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. 24.01.2022 Today I had to make the most heart wrenching decision that I’ve ever had to make. Today I lost my little lady. From the absolute get go this little lady had so much fire and spunk about her. I was initially told that she may not make it to 12 weeks, but she rose above that as she has always been a little fighter and I had 12 wonderful years of this beautiful little soul. She was a dog that would stop strangers in the street awestruck by how well behaved she was. She always ...got a lot of love and attention wherever she went. Her personality and her heart were far greater than her size. Today she had at least 3 seizures this morning that I knew about, I knew as soon as I woke up that she had had one, and 2 more came in quick succession, so I took her to the vet where she had another on his table. He told me we would have to let her go as there was no response in her pupils and she was doing circle work to the right side meaning that side of her brain had been severely affected. I asked if I could take her and spend the day with her so he gave her some Valium. I took her down to the beach and she had another seizure in my arms so I took her straight back to the vet, I couldn't let her go through it anymore. I'm just so lost without her. She has been my best friend, my shoulder when things were tough, there to jump around with me when I was happy or excited for 12 wonderful years. She has helped me through a lot. I'm just so heart broken. I’m sad to think how lonely her best buddy, my little Harv-wah is going to be. I am so truly thankful that I had the opportunity to be her mum. I’m sad that our bub never got a chance to meet this beautiful little soul. I love you to pieces miss Bailey, and you will be in my thoughts forever baby girl. Rest In Peace sweet Bailey. See more
