06.01.2022 Covid-19 Information We have currently suspended all our classes until the Australian Government and Newcastle City Council advise us we are able to start training again. In the meantime, keep training and keep fit. Do your patterns. Practice your kicks and punches. Practice your One Step Self Defence. Run or ride your bike. Do push-ups and sit-ups. Stretch. Stay healthy and stay safe. When we can train again we will want to be fit and ready to go.... We wish everyone all the best in these difficult times and look forward to seeing you again soon.
