Vehicle was used in a Break and Enter at a Nemingha Business on the 12th October 2020. 14.01.2022 The failure of the current government has left my family hanging and our lives destroyed, an act of repeat violent offenders that took the life of our son that... should not have happened but did. The Juvenile justice act allowed these offenders to walk our streets on bail after committing previous serious crimes of 5 armed robbeies and 1 stabbing crime. Anonymity, weak laws,no punishment,remove barriers to keep children out of detention are all labour government laws that enables juveniles to reoffend. I dont see anything there that protects us or holds these criminals accountable for their actions. They are charged with MURDER & ATTEMPTED ARMED ROBBERY of ANGUS Let's get one thing completely straight . Our son was the VICTIM and charges like these are not just placed on these criminals because the police can. IF there was any doubt they would have been released and lesser charged. They are being remanded and the charges upheld because its the facts of what they did. We WILL be going to trial the at this stage. Adjourned till 10th November. 04.01.2022 Vehicle stop; drugs seized Oxley PD A man has been charged after a vehicle stop in the state’s north-east last month. About 12.35am on Wednesday 23 September... 2020, officers attached to Western Region Enforcement Squad and Traffic and Highway Patrol Command stopped a white Mitsubishi Pajero on the New England Highway, Timbumburi, approximately 16km east of Tamworth. After speaking with the driver, officers searched the vehicle and allegedly located and seized 10.5g of methylamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The methylamphetamine has an estimated potential street value of $10,500. Following inquiries, officers arrested a 29-year-old man at a home on Cole Road, Tamworth about 11.45am yesterday (Tuesday 13 October 2020). He was taken to Tamworth Police Station and charged with supply prohibited drug - indictable quantity and possess prohibited drug. The man was given conditional bail to appear at Tamworth Local Court on Monday 2 November 2020. Investigations are continuing.

03.01.2022 Police say a property crime crackdown in Armidale has netted 15 arrests in nine days. Officers on the Northern Tablelands started a high visibility operation d...esigned to disrupt traffic, drug and property offences on October 1. By October 9 police had recorded 28 thefts or attempted thefts from vehicles, eight break-ins, three stolen cars and three stolen motor bikes. The stolen cars have since been recovered, but one was destroyed by fire. A total of 15 people have been charged with 20 offences and one man is behind bars. The number of break-ins and steal from motor vehicle offences dropped significantly over the weekend, similar operations are planned in coming months.
