24.01.2022 Support the future of osteopathy. Nick is a 5th year student finalising his clinical practice hours. He will be working in our clinic for 3 Saturday mornings from the 5th to the 19th of September. All treatments will be under the direction supervision of Mark Anderson and will be discounted to $50. It will be a great opportunity to get a Saturday morning tune up at a bargain price. No health fund rebates available. Have a great weekend.

16.01.2022 Here's a lil' exercise gem from our genius, Mark. From time to time we'll post simple movement videos you can do at home. We're going to call them "Mark Moves". A 5 minute break is all you need to exercise your postural muscles, especially when working from home. It's also a great activation sequence before strength training your chest, shoulders and back muscles. So keep a broomstick handy, (even if you did just buy a Dyson stick-vac ).

16.01.2022 Mark Moves Take a break from sitting or standing at your work station and treat your spine to some movement. This simple movement sequence encourages mobility through the mid back, which in turn helps support neck and lower back movement. Ideal for those who stay in one position for most of their work day. The best part of this exercise... you can stay standing with no need to get on the floor. Thoracic mobility (flexion, extension, side bending and rotation) with hands of wall. Modified cat-camel & thead the needle.

01.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a happy new year from Hunter osteopathy. While we are most of us are taking a very well earned break, Nick our new osteo will be covering the fort over the new year. The clinic will closed on the 24/12 but Nick will be in on 28th and 29th of Dec and all week from the Tues 5th -Sat 9th of Jan with all hands back on deck on the 11th of Jan. We won't have reception working during this period but if you leave a message be patient and Nick will get back to you when he's in.
