To receive Executive Committee reports for the preceding year, 2. To receive and consider a financial statement for the year, 3. ToelectExecutiveCommitteeMembersasstipulatedbytheHunter... Simba FC constitution for the 2018-2019 financial year, Dated: 3 November 2018 Hunter Simba FC, Executive Council Voting for Office Bearers We advise that only financial members are allowed to vote for the office bearers for the 2017-2018 year. The office bearers of Hunter Simba FC shall consist of a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, a Secretary and two (2) Committee Members. 2.
