18.01.2022 Hunter Valley Wine Country is open for business. :There are no fires There is air conditioning: There is some of the largest swimming pools to swim in: The best restaurants and cafes in the land. The vineyards are green: The wineries and Pubs full of the best wines and beer.. The Christmas lights at the Gardens are spectacular, There is chocolates and cheeses and Hunter Valley Horse Riding & Adventures at HILL TOP has the best horse riding for all ages Go on a tractor hay ride to feed the animals or peddle your way in a Go Kart.- with fantastic views of the valley.. It is all FANTASTIC SOOOO don't stay at home or leave the country these holidays - come and stay in the Hunter valley Wine Country and have a fabulous time

11.01.2022 The children are going back to school after the summer holidays so it is now for the adults to have some me time.Come horse riding at Hill Top with Hunter Valley Horse Riding & Adventures. While the summer storm season is with us choose to ride in the morning. It is beautiful in the cool of the morning when the kangaroos are grazing and the birds are singing. You could even see a hot air balloon land as you look over the valley and wine country. They are busy harvesting th...e grapes at the moment to make that next great bottle of wine. This is a great time to come to the Hunter Valley. Don't forget the 14th February is valentines day .Stay over night and ride next morning before you go exploring the many attractions the Hunter has to offer.Stay 2 nights,do a 1.5 hour horse ride and stay the 3rd night for FREE during February . c

05.01.2022 The holidays have arrived. To avoid disappointment please make a booking. We are open every day except Christmas day. There will be pony rides and family rides. These follow the trails where you will see the spectacular views of the Hunter Valley and wine country. You will see the farm animals.and lately the kangaroos have made their home in the hay shed,one is climbing the stack and sleeping high up on the top bale . We have a tractor hay ride so you can feed the cows an...d calves, big horses, goats, sheep and the small animals ,including a new arrival "Henry "Old English Game Rooster and to burn up some energy we have the peddle go karts for 5-99 years of age. Trail rides over the 300 acres of the Molly Morgan Range are available .The most popular being the 1.5 hour ride and the one hour ride. The views of the valley are fantastic, overlooking Wine country,the lower Hunter and Upper Hunter valley. Wildlife will be seen on the rides. We are a wildlife sanctuary.If you are wanting to stay longer than a day we have accommodation in the guest house and villas on the property .With summer upon us it is recommended to ride in the cool of the morning hours and then you can always cool off in one of the resorts huge swimming pools (much safer than the ocean- no sharks)I can point you in the right direction.. 04.01.2022 Hi Everyone. We wanted to update you on what we are doing to protect our riders during the pandemic. Studies have shown no horse to human spread or human to h...orse spread of the virus Covid-19 Our main priority is safety for our riders. All rides can be private and/or single groups/ This means all that will be on your ride is yourself, family or friends that may come with you, one of our friendly guides and of course your beautiful horse. Our guides continually manage hygiene protocols and safety. All tack eg. helmets , saddles, reins are disinfected before and after every rider. You may bring any protective wear you may have e.g. face masks, gloves etc. If you are sick or showing signs of sickness we ask you to stay home and not come and ride for at least 2 weeks after and feeling 100% better. If you arrive sick we will have to turn you away. We hope this brings you some peace of mind, when choosing to ride with us. We are also continually educating ourselves as more information comes to light, to go even further in protecting our riders, staff and animals. We hope to see you soon. The valley is like paradise at the moment after the recent rains so come and enjoy the wonderful fresh air and sunshine. See more

Have a picnic or BBQ Come out and breath the wonderful fresh air, and get back to nature. Talk to the animals . They have missed every one so much. They have all put on weight (just like us humans).
