17.01.2022 Good morning to all of my wonderful clients, This is just an update on what has been happening lately ! Summer is on its way! ... Christmas is coming! Wedding plans are in the making! Just a little reminder that this time of year I am extremely busy with the warmer weather approaching, Christmas just around the corner & now finding time to plan my wedding ! Please be patient when booking an appointment with me (Naomi) Also please understand around this time of year your pups grooming time will take longer to complete as I am super busy & wait times on making an appointment may take a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 3 days to return a voicemail if you leave one .. if you’re after a quick reply please send a text message or Facebook message as I can respond to them much faster. Unfortunately we have had a few rude customers when they can’t have an appointment on the day they call or when they would like one. Please book ahead or think about making a routine booking.. PLAN AHEAD! I am working right up until Christmas Eve this year, to avoid disappointment please book 1 - 2 months in advance to secure your spot. Business hours are changing.. Permanent days are Tuesday’s, Thursday’s & Saturday’s .. 8 am - 2 pm .. These are my permanent hours although I do work a lot of overtime & sometimes work until 6 pm. I am very flexible & please don’t hesitate to ask about late afternoon appointments. In between wedding planning I do still work some Monday’s, Wednesday’s & Friday’s (mornings only) please don’t hesitate to ask about these days. Thank you for understanding & have a fantastic day !
