25.01.2022 Hi folks there is no class on Monday Night Morpeth due to a wedding reception at The hall. Also next week is a long weekend so as per usual no class then. Look forward to seeing ya all on Monday 12 October. ( Too long ) Don’t forget a home practice.

06.01.2022 Hi all. My Teacher in Chennai Dr NC has posted a recipe for Teas which will help your immunity. Ginger tea in the mornings and Turmeric at night. reparation of ginger tea Ingredients: ginger and lemon... Instructions: peel the skin of ginger and cut it into small pieces. Cut the lemon into 4 pieces. Take a glass of water and add the chopped ginger and cut lemon. Let it boil for 20 minutes. Then filter the residues and drink it immediately when it is warm. P.S Don’t keep the prepared ingredient for a long time. Preparation of turmeric-pepper tea Ingredients: turmeric powder and crushed black pepper. Instructions: in a litre of water, add these two ingredients and boil for 15 -20 minutes. Then filter and consume the preparation when it is warm. P.S Don’t keep the prepared ingredient for a long time. These preparations are to be made from natural ingredients, freshly prepared every time and to be consumed immediately when it is warm. Don’t bother about the exact measurement of each ingredient. Because, they are all natural edibles.
