18.01.2022 Jordan Whitchurch Liencee of The Seabreeze Hotel (Nelson Bay) Jordan has been in hospitality for 7 years with all 7 being with Hunt Hospitality. In 2013, at age 18, Jordan started as a glass collector at The Kent Hotel Hamilton. When Jordan began at the Kent he was extremely timid but had an appetite for knowledge and would not let anybody get in his way to pursue this desire.... In 2015, at age 20, his need to learn more drove him to gain a soccer scholarship to study in The United States of America for four years. These 4 years helped shape and sculpt Jordan for his future endeavors. His degree taught him key leadership aspects such as the ability to inspire those around him, how to be compassionate, and gave him a greater emotional intelligence. He came back to Australia during his college breaks to work at the Kent Hotel to support his studies overseas. This sheer dedication earned him a reputation with Hunt Hospitality and proved how hard of a worker he truly was. In 2019, at age 24, he finished his studies and began the journey back to Australia with the determination to put what he learned into practice. When Jordan came back he requested a full-time position in one of our venues but with The Kent Hotel already fully staffed the only spot was at the newly purchased Seabreeze Hotel. He accepted the position and began his journey unaware of what was waiting for him over the horizon. In 2020, at age 25, Jordan became our youngest licensee. He has proven himself time after time to be the best fit for the role. Having completed 4 years of study in America, he has the brilliance and creativity to make even the hardest situations work in his favour. With his help, he has single-handedly turned The Seabreeze Hotel into a family orientated establishment. From humble beginnings to running his very own venue!! 18.01.2022 Christopher Fitzsimmons has been in hospitality for 16 years with 4 of them being at Hunt Hospitality. From humble beginnings of being a glass collector at the Duke Of Wellington Hotel to becoming the Licensee of The Kent Hotel Hamilton. He is the one who makes things happen with his ‘get it done’ attitude accompanied by his tremendous leadership ability. He can do it all from organising a lovely Mother’s Day lunch to managing our late-night nightlife. ... So, everybody come down and give him a visit and let him know what a great job he is doing.
