20.01.2022 Feeding the ducks today and this little fella nearly got eaten by the seagulls. One seagull took off with him in their mouth but he was dropped as the others chased. Safe to say I have never seen them eat a duckling in person. What’s the strangest thing you have seen?

15.01.2022 Busy day making some crumbed cutlets and schnitzels. Also diced meat for more salami and sausages and finally some jerky!

05.01.2022 A couple of things soaking at the moment. Finally making some jerky. Venison marinating in a teriyaki marinade. Will give that 48 hours to soak up the flavour. Still not as good as KOOEE Snacks - Australia jerky. The second is the doe skin soaking in some tanning liquid. That will stay in there for around 4 - 5 days. I try to use as much of the animal as I can.
