12.01.2022 27th March update!!! Finally got thru to Telstra and was able to divert the phone. Customers are now able to make phone orders again!! Hi guys just to let you know the phone line is down at the shop. It’s a Telstra thing. Will advise when it’s back up again.... Update.!!! It’s now the 26th and still no help from Telstra. I understand the situation but it’s useless to get any help when all the call centers are closed. Even if it’s to log a problem that’s affecting a whole complex... so for now customers please contact me via the Facebook app and you can place your orders through. I will reply to confirm and an eta.
