24.01.2022 Some of us will avoid doing compound exercises because were worried about doing them wrong or potentially hurting ourselves. For example, one of my clients never felt comfortable doing squats on his own. Once I had shown him a few tips and tricks, we quickly worked out why he felt so uncomfortable.... Two weeks later he was preforming them own his own with confidence and peace of mind. Once we overcome our concerns and fears, anything is possible. If you need help, dont be scared to ask for it. It starts with you guys.

21.01.2022 No matter what the circumstances are we can always train with minimum weights at home. It comes down to discipline and determination. Ben made a promise to himself, he didnt want to go back to where he started 8 months ago.... By using Zoom and coaching Ben online, we were able to create a home based workout with weights he had already in his garage. Ben said This is the highlight of my day. Im extremely happy that I still have you coaching me through these hard times When we really want something, anything is possible, but its all comes down to how much you want it. Stay disciplined and focus on the task at hand, dont let anything stop you from achieving your goals. Dont quit, push through and never give up.

18.01.2022 Im proud to tell everyone that the 5kg dumbbell was my very first weight when I started training 5 years ago. This was a very big deal for me back then because all of my friends were lifting more than me, and I was getting pushed to do more when I couldnt. Remember we all have different starting points and you shouldnt be ashamed of it. ... Whether you start of with 10kg or 1kg, it doesnt matter. The point is youre starting to make a change to better yourself. Dont be intimidated by others that are lifting more. You are in the gym for yourself, nobody else.

17.01.2022 Its always nice to see that clients are staying on track and staying consistent with their training. One of my clients was struggling to get back into a workout routine. With some guidance, Ive helped her get her into a positive mindset, which has created a spark within herself, to keep on top of her training during these difficult times.... It is extremely important to stay on top of your mental and physical health, because both of these things are important for the future. Fast forward to April and were in stage three lockdown due to a pandemic. Just goes to show how quickly things can change. Its a good reminder not to take the little things for granted.

Once you start to notice these changes, your mental strength also becomes stronger.... Messaging a client after a training session is a good way to help them reflect on how they are tracking mentally.
