07.01.2022 Video I made of of my lovely sister Ellis Moorman. She's a Dutch cellist and artist who makes beautiful pieces of art made out of wool and silk: touchables. Art you can touch. I love the concept; as a child I always got into trouble for wanting to touch art so I love the tactile nature of the pieces. She visited me in Melbourne recently and we made this video about why she does what she does.... The pieces in the video are still in Melbourne and looking for a welcoming home.. If you'd like to have a closer look, please get in touch. To experience touchables. They're 2x1.5 metre pieces so this little square box of video doesn't do them justice but I hope the story gives you a sense of the experience!
