15.01.2022 Incase you don't have enough reasons to attend a health retreat, nurture your self, fill your own cup, treat yourself - how about the food?? I'm a bloody good... cook - bit of a waste in my family with their bland taste buds - so when I host a retreat food is a feature. Someone else cooking might be enough but what if you had delicious, wholesome food that made your body zing? But when you are nurtured inside and out everything else falls in to place. We will eat simple and delicious food, there's always choice, food is definitely a feature of this retreat. 12.01.2022 On Thursday we walked up to Mt Misery which was a little challenging but the owners have done a fabulous job of creating the track and maintaining it also! What a spectacular place and the scenery from Flat Rock is just to die for! We came across some more forest gems in the form of more fungi but some native orchids also. In the next couple of months there are going to be even more spectacular orchids present up on the plateau - we may have to take a day trip and do the walk to see them. #Huon #HuonBushRetreats #Tasmania #Nature

03.01.2022 "We had an amazing time in Big Tree Cabin and loved using the wood fire to heat the cabin up during the afternoon and evenings; so cosy. The property is just fantastic and we can understand why you have enjoyed spending so much time there amongst nature and the animals. We arrived during the afternoon on the Wednesday and once settled into the cabin went for a walk to Hidden Falls. 03.01.2022 Two nights in the teepee. Was fun and makes you realise you only need the simple basics to have a great time. Allowing you to focus on the walking trails, the local pademelons who were very inquisitive and the clean fresh air. Loved the outdoor bath. Loved it all.
