18.01.2022 Last week we were asked to come out and have a look at a studio at a back of a house where the the concrete stumps were placed into the ground way too low. The old owners of the property had built up garden beds surrounding the subfloor and subsequently a build up of dirt has caused the bearers to become rotten. As you can see we have replaced the bearers with new hardwood. More dirt will have to be removed to allow for more subfloor ventilation. This is just some of the repairs and improvements that we can do.
