25.01.2022 It's that time again when you open the fridge to assess the damage done from the day before...there's always so much food left over. Cling film, plastic containers fill the shelves...whose serving platter is that with one lone grape on it?? If there's any salmon left over (as if!) try this Salmon Sandwich with Quick Pickled Red Onion to help you power through Boxing Day. This works well as a shared platter where everyone makes their own sandwich. Assemble all your favourite i...ngredients on a serving board; chunks of cooked Huon Salmon, toasted slices of sourdough bread, crème fraiche or cream cheese, caper berries, chopped dill, lemon wedges and soft boiled eggs. Start with a smear of crème fraiche on the bread, then top with salmon, caper berries, pickled red onion and dill. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Bon appétit. 23.01.2022 Are you a Salmon lover or know someone who is? Read the latest review of our Huon Salmon Lover's Pack by Vicki F. "Yum! Yum! Yum!... Scrumptious is the only word to describe the salmon lover's pack. I ordered it online as I live in NSW in a small town and it hard to access the product. It arrived in a well packed foam box and still icy cold on the date nominated. All products were delicious but the salmon pate was out of this world. Had to stop myself eating all of it in one go. As for the salmon fillets this is how fresh salmon should taste. Will certainly be ordering more products in the future though I am not sure just what as there are so many to choose from."

I couldn’t stop smiling when I received this care package from Dad and Mom. I’ve always loved Huon Salmon and decided to fancy up our weekend brunch challenge (yes, my sister and I get a little competitive in the kitchen ). So here, you have smoked salmon two ways based on the seasons. I took the longest time plating the Zen Forest. Why? Because I decided at 8am that it was a good idea for me to slice the radish and grapes finer than the mandolin we had in the kitchen!
