25.01.2022 Portland has an amazing coastline.

24.01.2022 Bridgewater Bay's clear turquoise waters. Cape Bridgewaters volcanic formations are unique to the Australian coastline, also having the highest cliffs on the V...ictorian Coast. Throw in the Limestone capping known as the "Bridgewater group formation" and karst formations known as the "Petrified Forest" some of the best examples of exposed karst formations in Australia, it makes it worth coming to the end of the Great Ocean Road, WHERE THE WILD THINGS HAPPEN. Cape Discoveries highlights the uniqueness of this area in half and full day tours. Website coming soon. #capediscoveries#capebridgewater#Victoria#Australia#privateguidedtours#privatetours#tourismvictoria#greatoceanroad#endofthegreatoceanroad#iamportland @australia @thegreatoceanroad See more

22.01.2022 Thanks Liz and Randy, I’m glad you like the wooden walls etc- I fell in love with the Baltic pine when I first saw the cottage and my son grew up here, so, lots of good memories.

19.01.2022 Was looking for something to do this afternoon so took a short drive to the Enchanted Forest. It was beautiful and filled in my arvo nicely. The GSWW tracks are a perfect winter activity for the whole family.

17.01.2022 This fully renovated 1930s cottage is surrounded by a lovely shady garden. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The small lounge room has a sofa bed which can then sleep an extra couple. The property is 2 blocks from the CBD of Portland, and 2 blocks from the cliff top that overlooks and provides access to the 'Nun's Beach'. Portland provides many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. It is one of the starting points for the Great So...uth West Walk. The beautiful Bridgewater Bay is just 16 ks away and the town itself is surrounded by beautiful, diverse and pristine beaches. At various times of the year, the town attracts keen fishermen who seek tuna and snapper. Whales frequently visit the harbour, where they can be seen from the piers, and koalas are commonly seen walking in the main street or visiting suburban gardens. Off street parking This property has secure off-street parking which is adequate for a fishing boat and trailer and vehicle. The deck and garden are secluded and private, sheltered behind a tall hedge. There are barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture for your use. There is a wide gate way and the drive way measures 3.6 m at its narrowest point.
