25.01.2022 Came in split down the bás - left the shop stuck, hooped and reshaped for another of the @cormac.gac ladies..felt off balance and akward so I took timber from the pole and the handle to give it a better curve. Looks a little more like a hurl now

20.01.2022 Two hurls repaired for one of the Macs ladies Had to take a piece from an old hurl, to do a job on the one with the white grip - it was a bit messy after being previously repaired with wood glue - tried scraping it off but decided it'd be better to make my own piece and stick it with the right stuff to make sure the joint isn't compromised. Ready for road again

14.01.2022 Repaired 2 goalie hurls with straight breaks and 2 others - 1 with a hairline crack and the other with a straight break + a chipped bás. For the chip, I used superglue and saw dust, filling layer by layer until I could file and finely sand it to original shape

09.01.2022 Shamrock's goalie dropped this into me ahead of their game at the weekend. Clamped it to an old hurl that was donated for pieces, married up the grain as close as possible, cut both in one pass, then stuck and hooped her. Gave it a good sanding for balance. Murt will have no excuses come Sunday

01.01.2022 Had a long break here, straight up the handle - same process as usual except I added a wrap around band near the top of the break to give extra support. Ready to go flaking again @cormac.gac
