In our ever-growing business we are consistently looking for dynamic and sales driven team members who love talking to and exciting every customer who walks in the door! You'll be working with fun product and excited customers in the heart of the city! Show off your pop culture and fashion knowledge and creativity piecing together and accessorising stylised costumes and clothing outfits. Show off your great customer service skills when you are communicating with our customers via email and taking initiative when picking, packing and shipping ecommerce orders daily. We offer a generous staff discounts on all products and there is room for more shifts in some of the funnest and busiest times of the year (Hello Oktoberfest, Halloween and Christmas!). We are looking for someone with: -Experience selling and styling clothing -A love for retro and different fashion styles -Knowledge on movies, pop-culture, cosplay, anime ect -Energy, enthusiasm and a positive 'can-do' attitude -Excellent phone and email communication skills. -The desire to provide above and beyond incredible customer service both in store and online -Weekend availability a must -Experience with online fulfilment preferred but not necessary
