12.01.2022 OPEN GYM AVAILABLE FROM WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH You voted & we listened, with a number of business enforcing employees to work from home (WFH) we are opening the gym for extended hours. OPEN GYM TIMES:... Monday to Thursday 10.30am - 12.00pm 4.00pm - 6.00pm Friday 10.30am - 1.00pm Scheduled classes are running as per usual, so please remember to book online. Housekeeping reminders: 1. Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before and after each session. 2. Bring your own drink bottle or use the paper cups provided. Please dispose of them in the bin after use. 3. Bring & use your own towel in every session. 4. Wipe down all your equipment surfaces (including dumbbells & barbells) after each session with the alcohol based cleaning solutions & wipes provided. 5. Try to not touch your face & refrain from giving your gym buddies a hi-five. 6. If you are feeling unwell, respect your fellow members and stay at home.

07.01.2022 Social Distancing The latest guidelines states there must be 4 metre square radius per person at non-essential indoor gatherings of less than 100 people. We have over 300sqm of open warehouse. We have reduced our class sizes to ensure we sit well below the guidelines.... Our lift class is limited to max. 12 people. Our HIIT/Hybrid class is capped at 20 people (24 for Speedsters & High Performance). This allows plenty of space for social distancing of 1.5m. As always, we will be monitoring the updates daily from the government & relevant sources. From all the Hurt Locker team, we appreciate your support & look forward to keeping you happy & healthy.
