04.01.2022 COVID 19 and your well-being | HFBS continues to reach out to clients prior to appointments with our COVID safety reminders and while infection prevention and control is core to our business, we’re focusing even more attention to it, in light of current circumstances. We will not accept bookings from identified NSW HEALTH hot spots and we ask clients to postpone bookings, even at the last minute if they’re feeling at all un-well. Christmas and the Summer holidays is tradition...ally a very busy time for us, as it is for all local businesses. However the reality is we cannot operate to full capacity and ensure that our high standards of COVID hygiene are met. We’ll therefore have reduced capacity and ask that bookings be made as far in advance as possible. If we get cancelations we’ll advise availability here, so you can try to make last minute bookings. Like everyone, we’ll continue to monitor the situation and make decisions that are in the best interests of our team, our families and our clients.
