21.01.2022 A note to non investors: Don't be upset by the results that you didn't see with the work that you didn't do. For many years I went with out a nice car, my old mates will remember my old red Celica! Lived in a granny flat (purchased two houses during this time)... I roll my eyes when people would spend money on a bathroom renovation and not their future. What I know for sure is that it's all balance. Invest to reward for renovations. Don't use capital to fund non income producing outcomes. Invest profits in the improvement of your life. Use the profits to "make your home nice" but never capital. This is the same as a farmer selling seeds and not the harvest. That's the reward.
