21.01.2022 Our first home renovation project. We did the kitchen here within 4 weeks and below budget. With the savings our client managed to purchase the kitchen appliances as well; Stove/Oven, Rangehood and dishwasher! Client was very happy and gave positive feedback that all of our tradies were efficient, good communication and knew what they were doing. For this project, we demolished the old cabinetry, took out a brick wall to make way for the new cabinetry and create more space. All of the cabinetry was custom to how our client wanted it, colour, soft close hinges, certain cabinetry features etc. We included stone tops all around, splash back, lighting and tiling was included in the project.

This could be a shed, granny flat, patio, swimming pool fence, retaining walls and fences over a certain height, Each local Council /Shire has their own rules and ifs!... Please contact us or your local Council for information, and there is a lot of information on their website. At Hutch x Renovators we can help you obtain building permits for these unauthorised structures so you can avoid any hassles. The Council can make fines to property owners who don't have a building permit of $50,000 for first offenders. It is really not worth the risk.

17.01.2022 A kitchen renovation in progress. Alot of demolition, and the electrician has done his pre-wiring for new gpos and switches. Its going to turn out great!

13.01.2022 WOW What a Transformation! while we still have a few finishing touches left to do, we've managed to complete most just in time for Chinese New year! We've even incorporated Chinese feng shui principles in this kitchen for good luck! From Concept to delivery, we do it all. 13.01.2022 We did a Bathroom renovation here, There was limited space so we had to source a smaller sized free standing bath to fit, we had tiled the walls to the ceiling, upgraded the lighting, quality tapware, glass basin, stone tops and stone sides. The bathroom had main tiles and one wall of featured tiles which turned out great! Our client was after the industrial look which turned out beautiful! we had help him realized his dream!
