New rules We have made some further changes to how we operate to ensure yours and our health and safety. - All new appointments will include a 15 minute break after your appointment to lessen the traffic through our shop.... - Until further notice we will only have two barbers operating at any time, again to lessen the traffic and the number of people in our shop at any given time. - Our door is kept open, so you dont have to touch door handles coming in or out of our shop. - Our sanitisation of all tools, chair, benches, everything will remain top notch. We ask that you: - Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. - Come alone to your appointment. - Lastly, (and this pains us to say) please do not hang around after your appointment. If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled interstate or overseas please do not book within 14 days of returning. We are currently not charging cancellation fees. We will keep our shop open for as long as we feel we can manage the rules and guidelines laid out by our government and health professionals or until our industry is deemed no longer safe to operate. Tim Rennie, owner of Paragon Studio, will be available for bookings and walk ins on Tuesday and Wednesday next week. 18.01.2022 In light of the latest news coming out about the Coronavirus, we felt it was necessary to provide a quick update on our small business. We are doing everything we can to maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout our shop to keep you all and ourselves safe and healthy. We ask that if you are unwell please cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.... As you may be aware, @joewright___ is currently travelling overseas, due to return late next week. As per the recently announced self-isolation requirements, Joe will not be returning to the shop for the 2 weeks following his return to Adelaide. He is now available for bookings from April 14th. If you had an appointment with Joe before April 14th we have either moved your appointment to be with Tim or Monty or we will contact you to reschedule. I (Tim) have also decided to cancel my planned trip to the US and have now re-opened bookings for the period I had planned leave. 16.01.2022 Hutto’s Barber Shop CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE As you can imagine, and as it has been for everyone, this has been a stressful few weeks. Every day we have been waiting to get the news that the government has decided to close businesses like ours, but this is yet to happen. We know the risk we pose to our community should one of our team contract COVID-19 and to say the threat of spreading the disease has been weighing heavy on our minds would be a massive understatement. ... This is why we have decided, heartbreakingly so, to take matters in to our own hands and close our shop until further notice. We are thankful for every person that has come in to our shop. We hope you understand our decision and that you will come back when we open our doors again. Right now we feel we need to do our part for our community and stay home. Stay safe EDIT: This is a voluntary closure. There have been no cases of COVID-19 from our barbers or clients.

07.01.2022 Just like everyone across Australia and the world, the news of the bushfires have been devastating and we have been looking for the right way for our little business to show our support and contribute in our small part. Following the lead of our neighbours at 1891 Original Tattoo co we will be opening for our first ever Sunday on January 26th with all proceeds from the day being donated to the SA Bushfire Appeal. We will be open from 10am to 3pm for walk-ins only, so if you...re in need of a trim please get down and show your support with your money going towards rebuilding the fire affected communities in SA. We will have the extremely talented barber and our good friend, Jonathan Cannizzaro, cutting on the day as well. Thank you Monty and Jono for doing this with us! 1891 Original Tattoo Co., will be running a flash day on the same day, for details check out their Instagram page. Further to this fundraiser day, as a business we have decided to set up monthly donations to Adelaide Koala Rescue and to Foodbank SA to help with ongoing support for our fellow Aussies and wildlife.
