Well done to the festival organisers for another successful year and thank you to our wonderful guests. We’re already looking forward to the next one! Harrietville Bluegrass Weekend November 16th - 18th The Harrietville valley will be alive with the sound of bluegrass and old timey music as it always has been on this November weekend. We invite you all to join us again for what's always an incredible atmosphere filled with music and friends. The The Harrietville Snowline Hotel are putting on bands and as always our Rotunda in the Caravan Park will be jamming all night long through till sunrise every mo...rning. 12.01.2022 Hi All, We can happily say we have been downgraded to an 'advice status' and given the go ahead to start welcoming guests back to Harrietville and surrounds. It's great to see local hotels, wineries, eateries and retailers reopening all over the North East, all ready to welcome holiday guests back to our communities. You can probably imagine we have plenty of availability over the next two weeks and still have some vacancy over the Australia Day long weekend. ... Thank you again for all your messages of support through these trying times, we are now looking forward to seeing friends and families enjoying all that Harrietville has to offer again! 10.01.2022 To all our friends and guests of the park, Firstly, thank you for your endless support over the years and most recently the Summer months, it's been challenging to say the least - with fires, evacuations, smoke and now a new hurdle no one saw coming. We have had to make the responsible decision to close our beautiful park for a little while. We are endeavouring to contact all bookings scheduled to arrive over the next month. There will be no cancellation fees applicable ...under these circumstances, we are all in this together. Please stay safe, take care of yourselves and consider those most vulnerable. 02.01.2022 G'day All, Just a note to update our friends and guests on Harrietville. The last two days we were on standby for trying conditions but thankfully the fire and ember attack never eventuated as dramatically as we expected in Harrietville. We are still on alert with thick smoke in town but a light drizzle has started so there's rain dances all round. Thank you so much to all our guests and friends for your messages, thoughts and prayers. We are completely humbled. Fingers cro...ssed smoke will clear and fire grounds settle in the coming days for holiday makers to return to our little town and park. Our thoughts are now with the rest of the country, the families, firefighters and communities effected. With love, Meryl & Butch
