This is great news for all participants of the HWAA Expert Builder Program as they will receive a free annual subscription to CreditorWatch which helps them better protect their revenues and cash flow. 16.01.2022 Q: How is a Fidelity Fund to provide Home Building Compensation different than Home Warranty Insurance? A: There is no difference in the outcome for the homeowner being the beneficiary of a Cover Certificate. A Fidelity Fund is a Trust Fund structure designed to protect a pool of funds designated to cover claims of Home Building Compensation. Earlier in 2018 the NSW State Government introduced such a possible structure as a prospective provider of Alternate Indemnity Products for Home Building Compensation calling for a modern fit-for-purpose Home Warranty Scheme in NSW. A licenced Builder himself Mr Taylor was the Construction Manager of a Newcastle based building company for many years before his company was acquired in 2017 by the Sydney based Hyperbuild Group.
