A: There is no difference in the outcome for the homeowner being the beneficiary of a Cover Certificate. A Fidelity Fund is a Trust Fund structure designed to protect a pool of funds designated to cover claims of Home Building Compensation. Earlier in 2018 the NSW State Government introduced such a possible structure as a prospective provider of Alternate Indemnity Products for Home Building Compensation calling for a modern fit-for-purpose Home Warranty Scheme in NSW. Mr Taylor brings a unique set of skills and understanding in the financial sector and the Building Trade. Throughout his career Mr Taylor gained experiences in the finance sec...tor having worked as a Mortgage Broker for many years before eventually deciding that the Building Trade is what he wishes to involve himself with. A licenced Builder himself Mr Taylor was the Construction Manager of a Newcastle based building company for many years before his company was acquired in 2017 by the Sydney based Hyperbuild Group.
